Important On Arrival / Check-In & Registration instructions (Venue & Hotel)
1) All Sponsors and Registrations that INCLUDE a HOTEL reservation via PCNAK
Please proceed directly to the PCNAK registration counter at the Hilton Americas Hotel, located in the Main Lobby (lower level), to collect your registration packages and welcome kit. These items are necessary for checking in at the hotel.
Please follow the instructions provided by the staff at the Registration Counter.
Please be informed that all hotel bookings are fully booked and paid for, and we regret that we are unable to accommodate any changes at this time. Please note that refunds are not available effective June 1, 2024.

Please proceed directly to the Registration Desk at the George R Brown Convention Center, situated on the 3rd level of the Conference Center, to collect your badges or to register if you haven't done so already.
